Service Description

Barbara has been a Bodynbrain Yoga & Tai Chi Master since 2013. She has been teaching Bodynbrain classes since 2008, a total of 17 years. Bodynbrain Yoga and Tai Chi believe we have energy systems in our bodies called meridians. Energy healings work with those meridians to open the blockages so that energy can flow more easily through our bodies, giving us more focused energy. They are half Eastern "reiki" where intentional healing is sent at times without touch to parts of the body needing healing, and Western massage where parts of the body that need attention are massaged manually. Opening blockages is like unkinking a kink in a hose where the flow of water is blocked. One feels calmer, more relaxed, and more focused when the flow of energy has been unkinked. Classes are held at a nearby studio, and energy healings as well as massages are held in two venues, the Soul Space Colorado house as well as the nearby studio.
